The Pout-Pout Fish

A reclusive Mr. Fish is usually in a gloomy mood, earning him the nickname The Pout-Pout Fish. When his collapsing home crashes into the little house of Pipa the seahorse, she convinces him to set off in search of the Merwish — a mythical fish that grants wishes. Along the way, they discover that other sea creatures also want to find the miracle fish to make their dreams come true. But the Merwish can grant only one wish in many years.
